Scout von Malibu is a classic looking 4 month old German Shepherd puppy. He is one big, handsome pup, smart, active and focused. He knows “sit” and is ready to learn and listen. His big brown eyes are always watching and waiting to see what you expect from him. He loves to play ball, he runs picks it up and he is back in a flash. He loves to play with other dogs, so he would do best in a family with another confident and active dog. Scout is not a puppy who would be a good choice for a family with little time to devote to him. He would be the perfect dog for someone interested in training, not because he isn’t well behaved, just that he has the energy and drive to do agility, maybe even search and rescue work. Not to say he wouldn’t be happy with longs hikes in the hills. Scout does not want to be separated form the pack. He is working on his house breaking, he is happy sleeping next to your bed in a roomy wire crate with a comfy bed. He makes a few comfort grunts and he is fast asleep and sleeps the whole night, he will open a big brown eye here and there to make sure you are still in the bed and he hasn’t been left. He tested well when he met a cat. One ear is up, the other should be up in a week, it is trying now to stand up. You couldn’t find a more handsome puppy anywhere. His donation is $400.
